Choose your pickup date, select the items you'd like, and complete your order through our online shop. Because everything is made in small batches, availability is limited for each pickup.

Orders are accepted during each preorder window and close a few days before pickup, or earlier if we sell out. The closing date and time will always be shown when you select your pickup date.

Pickup is at The Shanty Restaurant in Wadsworth, IL. Pickup is available on Tuesdays and Fridays during the time shown for your selected pickup date. Please enter through the front entrance and check in with the hostess, and they'll be happy to help you with your LOAF order.

At this time, LOAF orders are available for local pickup only at The Shanty Restaurant in Wadsworth, IL. We do not currently offer delivery or shipping.

If your need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because each order is baked specifically for your selected pickup date, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the preorder window has closed.

Yes! Classic Sourdough will always be available, along with a rotating selection of specialty flavors. Featured flavors will typically change about every two weeks, so be sure to check back to see what's baking next.

How should I store my sourdough?

For the best texture, store your sourdough at room temperature in a bread bag or bread box. For longer storage, slice the loaf and freeze it in an airtight bag, then toast or warm slices as needed. Avoid refrigerating your bread, as it can cause it to dry out faster. And a good, sharp bread knife makes slicing a fresh loaf much easier!
